# workchef

## What is workchef?

workchef installs an AI co-worker for Dutch SMBs. It is a one-time service: in roughly four weeks we inventory the company, build a custom configuration, install the AI co-worker, and train the owner and team on-site. After delivery the customer owns the system — there is no required subscription with workchef.

The installation in three phases:
1. **Custom configuration** — we inventory the company (clients, tools, tone, routines) and configure the AI co-worker to match
2. **Installation and on-site training** — we connect the system to the customer's own tools and train owner and team on a real work case; it runs from that day
3. **Follow-up session** — three weeks later we return to refine, based on what daily practice shows; included in the project

The AI co-worker itself runs on the customer's own Claude Cowork (Anthropic) subscription, on the customer's own accounts. workchef configures, installs and trains — and doesn't host anything.

## Pricing

- Installation: Eén traject, één vaste prijs. Discovery van 90 minuten, maatwerk medewerker-formulier voor het team, volledige inrichting en installatie van de AI-medewerker, training op locatie, en een terugkomsessie na drie weken.
- External: Claude-abonnement (extern). Je betaalt je eigen Claude Cowork-abonnement direct aan Anthropic. Eigen account, eigen data. Geen kostenpost van workchef.
- Ownership: Na de oplevering is het systeem van jou. Geen abonnement bij workchef nodig om het te laten draaien.
- Optional follow-up: Wil je na de oplevering dat wij je AI-medewerker blijven verbeteren? Dat kan. Daar vertellen we je meer over zodra je systeem draait.

## Key Differentiators

1. **One project, one fixed price** — no subscription required, no lock-in, no modules.
2. **The customer owns everything** — the AI runs on the customer's own Anthropic account and infrastructure. workchef configures, doesn't host.

## Who it's for / not for

Works for: Dutch SMB 5-50 employees, owner participates actively, business already pays for marketing (agency or freelancer), existing Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, one team member willing to be trained as internal admin.

Doesn't work for: ZZP'ers / freelancers (caseload too light), large organizations (50+), companies without existing digital infrastructure, healthcare/legal sectors with patient/case data (separate track needed), owners who want to delegate fully to IT.

## Process

First contact: a short, no-obligation 20-minute intro call (kennismaking) where we explain workchef and check mutual fit.

After sign-off, the installation (4 steps, ~4 weeks):
1. Discovery meeting with owner (90 min, in-depth inventory of tools, team and way of working)
2. Inventory + employee questionnaire (which tools, how the team works, tone, context)
3. Custom installation and on-site training (system runs from this day)
4. Follow-up session after 3 weeks to refine (included in the project)
